The service and care given by Jack Goodyear was outstanding from start to finish !! Nothing was too much trouble and in my opinion he went above and beyond what I have come to expect from car sales in recent years !! He is an asset to BMW !!

I used feel special going to BMW garages since 1999 and I was really looked after. The people are still lovely at Group 1, but the processes are bad; very slow to serve you, very awkward seating areas, no concierge service, no refreshments..

The sales staff were excellent and very helpful. The only reason for not being 5 stars is that there was a minor paintwork defect on the car at collection. The issue has been resolved.
