The sales staff were excellent and very helpful. The only reason for not being 5 stars is that there was a minor paintwork defect on the car at collection. The issue has been resolved.

Generally all good, though I find all the digital signatures somewhat of a faff, a document and a pen used to be sufficient. We had an issue which the centre rectified (a razor blade had been left in the char).

Bobby in service team was very good. But I was disappointed with the repair engineers, they created an additional problem and then tried to charge me for the additional diagnosis. After additional discussions this charge was deleted.

very happy with service apart from when i booked my car in via Borehamwood centre I did asked for the front fog light to be changed, and was told it would all be done at that booking. But I have to go back to have the front fog light replaced.

When I bought the car two years ago I was told I could buy extended warranty through BMW which I did for £700. When I came to make a claim I was told not only was it rejected but it was an independent warranty company, nothing to do with BMW.

I used feel special going to BMW garages since 1999 and I was really looked after. The people are still lovely at Group 1, but the processes are bad; very slow to serve you, very awkward seating areas, no concierge service, no refreshments..

I have no issue with the service representative and work. My only issue is once Informed my vehicle was finished, just being cleaned but it was an hour and 20 mins before the car was ready. To be honest the clean was a appalling had to get it redone.
