Vehicle returned very dirty inside (for example, muddy hand prints on door). Had to ask for invoice to be amended in order to ensure that it was accurate (key work was missing/not mentioned). Service advisor unable to supply parts for vehicle.

The centre was great as during the MOT and servicing they discovered other faults on the vehicle and worked with me to have it booked in for the further work asap. They were very flexible to assist me as much as possible and discussed all my options.

Neil and the team were very helpful throughout. The finance system was not working - I had to apply several times - but the team was able to adapt and resolve over the phone. It was a great bonus that the car arrived early and handover was smooth.
