As above, Jack made the experience brilliant, I was quite nervous to test drive the car as it is a lot bigger that the car I owned, but Jack was really friendly and super relaxed. Collecting the car was fantastic, Jack went through the whole set up.

My fault was misdiagnosed as a stone chipped parking sensor and given a £400+ quote for replacement, not covered by warranty. Took car to alternative garage, diagnosed as something covered by warranty - and then had to argue with Group 1 about it.

All the staff were extremely helpful after encountering a freak puncture. From the front of staff to the person that dealt with replacing the tyre, they were calm, relaxed and reassuring.

4/5 due to initial difficulty in making an appointment. Secondly I was advised that the fault code could not be removed due to the age of the vehicle and the tyre sensor needed time to adjust. However, the tyre pressures just needed resetting.
